Good nutrition builds a well-nourished body that is able to work, play, and execute any physical activities that we want to undertake. On the other hand, it is also about making sure that we ingest the right kinds of fuel which both energizes and repairs our bodies in order to function at its best. Optimal nutrition also allows us to modulate our response to the physical and mental stressors that we encounter in our daily life so that resistance is built towards the recovery from numerous ailments. In short, good nutrition is the foundation of good health. Physical activities are also an integral part of our bodies as it not only maintains overall fitness levels but also plays a collective role in influencing each aspect of our health.
